Our Medical Audit and Recovery System is a proprietary workflow system that not only reviews and analyzes client data, it also tracks and updates the status of every audit from inception to completion. In addition to tracking improper payments and correspondence with providers, this system ensures that all key client deadlines and standards are monitored and met. The system is divided into two major parts: the Data Warehouse and the Audit System.

As a recovery auditor, we scan thousands of images and millions of pages every month to support our audit process.

Data Warehouse

The Data Warehouse is a large set of proprietary software integrated with a central Oracle database, a MySQL-based system to perform business intelligence.

Our Data Warehouse is the intelligence of the system; where billing records are investigated and data patterns are analyzed for audit. Our proprietary web applications and Java code are integrated with the Data Warehouse to provide customized reporting.

Audit System

The Audit System is the operational platform that supports workflow support capabilities and includes the ability to print letters, and scan and load medical records.

The audit system provides three primary desktops for users:
