Performant understands the importance of properly handling our clients' data and underwent a rigorous review of our security controls and contingency planning in order to assess the risks and privacy impact prior to successfully being awarded two unlimited Authority to Operate (ATO) certifications. In order to maintain our ATO certifications, Performant is subject to detailed audits regularly and must propose remediation plans for any items found lacking.
