The Mentor-Protégé Program provides incentives to the prime contractors to assist small businesses in acquiring the corporate skills necessary to perfect their unique business capabilities which will allow them to become more competitive in the marketplace.
The Supplier Diversity Office is responsible for managing and facilitating Mentor-Protégé Agreements. Our office supports program managers by identifying protégé firms to fill product/service gaps and to build capacity in our existing small business supply base.
