PHS Workflow Management
Performant seamlessly integrates the disparate component parts of complex workflow processes (including complex regulatory requirements for each asset category) required to manage financial assets in a highly intuitive and automated manner. Performant’s workflow management system enables a unified and systematic approach based on years of experience and best practices to process large volumes of loan inventory in a consistent and optimized manner. The workflow management system takes into consideration the users’ need to control their workflow and to know the status and location of all of their accounts at every stage of the recovery process through one centralized “dashboard”. This expansive view a flexibility helps in increasing productivity on a consistent basis with very limited training requirements.
